Tours

3rd Congress of European ORL-HNS offers an exciting tour program. All tours are designed to give participants an authentic Czech experience, bringing visitors face to face with Czech Republic´s beauty, abundant historical sites and modern amenities. Congress participants are encouraged to take the opportunity to explore the real Czech Republic through various experiences offered by the tour program.

Important information

Only 3rd Congress of European ORL-HNS participants may join a tour through the congress website. Please register for the congress first if you have not yet done so.

  • If you wish to book a tour, please contact tours secretariat at e-mail address: manager@premiant.cz
  • Participants may register for tour programs on-site at the congress from June 7-11, 2015 (Tours Desk, registration area, Prague Congress Centre – the congress venue)
  • Tours may be cancelled if the minimum number of persons is not met. Please note that the minimum number of people must be 10 pax / tour.

  • Tours can be paid by credit card or in cash at the tour desk at the Congress Venue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Any requests for changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the tours secretariat via e-mail (info@premiant.cz).
  • All dates and times are based on Czech Standard Time (GMT+2).
  • Pick up services is included from the Premiant City Tour, Na Příkopě 23, if not stated differently.
  • Agreed pick up time and place must be respected. Missed pick up caused by breach of pick condition is not the reason for money refund.
  • The clients have to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the time of the tour departure.
  • All tours are guaranteed in English language.
  • Any complaints must be raised immediately with either the tour guide or at the box office based company representative. Complaints raised retrospectively will not be accepted.
  • Customers are obliged to stay with their group and guide.

Cancellation fees

The Tours Secretariat must be notified in writing about any cancellation. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions will apply:

- Cancellations received by June 04, 2015 - full refund less 20 EUR administrative charge
- Cancellations received from June 05, 2015 – no refund
